Once you place an order, we will process it within 1–2 business days during weekdays. If your order is submitted on a weekend, it will be shipped on the next business day (Monday).
Shipping Schedule
Under normal circumstances, if the item is available in our overseas warehouse (e.g., Amazon FBA), we will ship it directly from there, usually arriving within 3–5 business days. If it needs to be shipped directly from our factory, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days.
However, on rare occasions, delays may occur due to factors such as weather or customs clearance. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
For custom or bulk orders, we provide an estimated delivery time before order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on product type, shipping distance, and shipping method.
