Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipment Schedule

Your online order is processed immediately. Products in stock are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days. Generally, it takes 12 to 15 days to arrive. Should your chosen item be unavailable, we will send you an email confirmation highlighting the estimated delivery time. Should this not be acceptable, then please cancel your order.

Enterprise orders will be re-scheduled based on a specific project. 

For custom & bulk orders, you can get approximate delivery time from us. How long it will take depend on the product features, distance, and shipping method. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control, such as weather, etc. So ask for your forgiveness for any inconvenience. And we are still working all the time to make it better and improved.

And we mainly focus on European and American countries and regions, including the US, Canada, Japan, Mexico, the UK, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Chile, Australia, France, etc. Surely if you are located in other countries and regions, you still can purchase what you need directly online or contact us to solve the shipping problems.

For bulk purchase orders or custom orders, generally, the shipping fee differs for different products and destinations. International Shipping Policies:

  • All the orders are verified prior to processing and shipping.
  • We are required to complete a customs declaration with the sales price of the item(s) purchased.
  • We cannot legally declare your order as a gift.
  • Our available shipping method is Yanwen, sometimes UPS, or USPS, depending on where you are and what you buy.
  • All prices are in US dollars.

For lost or damaged orders because of shipping, if you need a return and exchange, just contact us and let's know the details. We will confirm the information and reschedule the shipment if you agree with the exchange. About returns and refunds, please follow our Refund Policy.
