💡When Will My Order Ship?
Ordering takes only a few seconds. Standard order processing takes 1–2 business days.
After processing, your order is handed over to one of our trusted shipping carriers, and delivery typically takes an additional 6–15 days, depending on the destination.
Orders shipped to the United States, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom usually arrive faster due to more efficient local logistics networks.
Unless an item is classified as a special or sensitive product (such as products that include needles or simulated blood powder), most orders arrive within 20 business days from the order date.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. It’s on the way!

💡How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the products.
We currently offer free shipping for orders shipped to the United States and select regions. Free shipping eligibility will be displayed automatically at checkout when applicable.
For other destinations, shipping costs are generally calculated based on weight and destination. Standard international shipping rates typically range from USD 8–15 per kilogram, while shipments to more remote areas may range from USD 20–30 per kilogram.
If you’d like to know the total shipping cost before placing an order, simply go to the cart page and enter your country and postal code. Our shipping calculator will automatically estimate the shipping cost for your order.

We ship from warehouses located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and China, depending on product availability. If you have special shipping requirements, please feel free to contact us before you order.
💡Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order is shipped. You can track your order on our website by clicking the chat button at the bottom left and selecting ‘Track My Order’.
💡Special or Restricted Products

💡Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. Medarchitect does not cover or reimburse any customs charges, duties, or taxes applied to international shipments.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs regulations and tax policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
💡Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Medarchitect is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal by the recipient, reshipping fees may apply. Additional shipping costs incurred in such cases will be the responsibility of the customer.
💡Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or local postal issues.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. If your order is not received, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will assist in arranging a replacement shipment where applicable.

All products are carefully packaged to ensure protection during transit. We use appropriate protective materials to minimize the risk of damage and to maintain product integrity throughout the shipping process.
For medical training and educational products, packaging is designed to meet handling and transportation requirements. If your order arrives with visible damage caused during transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist with a replacement where applicable.
