Why do we need a pediatric IV infant hand simulator?

The blood vessels of the baby are not obvious and it is difficult to inject, especially if the baby does not cooperate with the nurses.

Needling acupuncture on babies requires more skill, fast, and accuracy, so more IV practice is required. The infant IV simulator is made for this purpose, providing more chances for nursing students or nurses to get pediatric IV skills.

Lifelike Design: The infant IV arm is rotational molding. Consists of a special, extremely thin synthetic skin, and silicone tubing with a small lumen. Soft, latex-free, environmental, and durable. A realistic infant arm can withstand hundreds of repeated punctures but not leak.
