Standard Order (Package within 2 kgs )
We will provide a 30 days, 100% satisfication guarantee. If you don't like our product, please maintain unpacked, or new condition, we will accept your return.
Please keep in mind that our policy lasts 30days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unforturnately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your retrun, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund (If applicable )
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Bulk Purchase Order(if applicable )
Bulk order will be confirmed by both sides, we don't provide refund, return, exchange. But we will send order details by images, video, make sure goods is in good condition before loading & shipment.
