At Medarchitect, we offer a 14-day return & refund policy from the date you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

💡 What is Our Return Policy?

At Medarchitect, we offer a 14-day return & refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your product after receiving it, we sincerely apologize and are here to assist you.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • A return or refund request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

For returns that are not related to a product quality issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse.

If the return is due to a verified quality issue, Medarchitect will cover the return shipping costs and provide one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement: We will arrange a replacement product.
  • Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We will respond to your return or refund request within 2 business days. Once a refund is approved, we will process it within 5 business days. If a return is required, we will inspect the returned item within 5 business days of receiving it and process the refund if the item meets our return requirements.

 

💡 Non-Returnable Items

The following orders or products are generally not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of verified quality issues or incorrect shipments:

  • Bulk Orders: Orders of 10 units or more.
  • Customized Orders: Products made or modified according to the customer's specific requirements.
  • Used or Damaged Products: Products that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling.
  • Products Without Original Packaging: Products returned without their original packaging or with missing components or accessories.
  • Final Sale Items: Products clearly marked as Final Sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.


💡 How to Request a Return or Refund?

To start a return or refund request, please contact our customer service team by email within 14 days of delivery.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Order Number: Provide your order number so we can quickly locate your order.
  • Request Type: Clearly state whether you are requesting a return, refund, or replacement.
  • Reason for the Request: Briefly explain why you would like to return the product or request a refund.
  • Photos or Videos: If the request is related to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or quality-related issue, please provide clear photos or videos showing the problem.
  • Additional Details: Please provide any other information that may help us understand and resolve the issue.

Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.


💡 Refund Amount & Original Shipping Fee

The refund amount depends on the reason for the return:

1. Verified Quality Issues or Incorrect Items:

We will provide a full refund, including the original shipping fee. Medarchitect will also cover the return shipping costs.

2. Retund & Return for Other Reasons:

Other reasons may include:

  • You have changed your mind or no longer need the product.
  • You have received the product but do not want or need it anymore.
  • You have not received the product yet but would like to cancel the order. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may be treated as a return.

For these situations, if the order is eligible for a return and refund:

  • The refund will cover the product price only.
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

 

💡 Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before the package has been handed over to our shipping carrier or freight forwarder.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier or freight forwarder, it can no longer be canceled. If you no longer need the product after shipment, you may request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy, and applicable return shipping costs may apply.

Please note: Our order processing system is automated, so orders may be processed for shipment shortly after payment is completed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.


💡 Return Shipping Instructions

Once your return request has been approved, please follow the return instructions provided by our team.

  • Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include all original components, accessories, and packaging, if applicable.
  • Use a trackable shipping service and keep your tracking information until the return has been completed.
  • Please send us the tracking number after the package has been shipped.

Returns sent to an address other than the one provided by our team may not be accepted.


💡What Should I Do if I Receive a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us your order number along with photos of the product after delivery. Our team will review the issue and respond within 48 hours. A replacement product will be arranged for you.
