  • Those within 6 to 8 hours after injury.
  • The wound pollution is relatively light, no more than 12 hours after injury.
  • For head and face wounds, generally within 24~48h after injury, strive for first-stage suture after debridement.

Contraindications:

Severely polluted or purulent wounds should not be sutured at one stage. Only the skin around the wound should be wiped clean, and the surrounding skin should be disinfected before opening for drainage.

  • The sooner the condition permits, the better.
  • No obvious infection performance can be debridement.
